My photos of the Venetian Macau from inside
One of the greatest hotels and casinos in the world
The casinos inside are huge.
There are many shops that sell branded watches. Here: One of my fav brands: Tissot.
The 1st floor is like Venice again.
It's amazing how real it looks.
A canal with a gondolier, who was singing... All that on 1st floor of a hotel!
Here are many shops and restaurants.
A direction sign.
Gondoliers.
I went back down to the first floor.
A magnificent mural.
The main entrance hall, where I exited, took a free shuttle bus to he airport and left Macau.

My photos of the Macau Tower
Macau's landmark tower
Close-up of the top.
The whole building from close.
The Macau Tower with the surrounding water.
The Macau Tower, 338m tall.
The landmark in all its glory.
The Macau tower as seen from the Penha Church.
I haven't seen the building from close up, but I've taken some awesome photos from afar, once from near the Grand Lisboa and once from the Penha Church. The Macau Tower is 338m tall and was completed in 2001. On top there's an observation deck with panoramic views, restaurants, theaters, shopping malls and the Skywalk X, a thrilling walking tour around the outer rim (source). My photos were taken on March 15, 2010.

The Grand Lisboa at night, Macau
A night photo taken from the balcony of my hostel
Sorry for the bad quality. The building was very far for my cam. But you get an idea of how it looks like at night. The colors are really amazing in real.

My photos of the Ruins of St .Paul's, Macau
The famous landmark of Macau from 14-16 March, 2010
Day 1: Afternoon
The first time I saw it, I thought: Marvellous!
There was a lot of people, I didn't anticipate that many.
After dropping my backpack in the hostel, I came back and took many great photos.
The front part from the bottom up. Amazing, huh?
Day 2: Noon
There are 66 stairs leading up to the facade. I love the garden, so delightful.
The view down to the piazza below.
A Japanese tourist on the left, below the piazza, top left building the resort Grand Lisboa.
The facade from another angle.
The opposite angle.
The Ruins of St. Paul's from the front. It was really a hot sunny day.
The structure from behind. On the right side are the stairs leading up to the 1st floor.
It was a bit scary to stand on this steel walkway.
A common sight: Tourists from China waving down to everyone else. No idea why they do that.
Behind the facade are some of the ruins under protective glass. The church was quite big.
View through the window on the first floor. It's custom to leave coins for good luck. You can see Macau Tower.
The ruins seen from a small street below.
A view from the side. It's obvious how thin the whole structure is.
Day 3: Early morning
My last photo, taken in the morning around 7.30. Some people were already taking photos.
So how do you like the Ruins of St. Paul's? What's your impression?
