Nerdy Glasses!

In August I'll be a fulltime college student!! Yay!! ^-^ It's taken me awhile to finally decide to dedicate some time to go to school with actual motivation and desire. I originally planned on starting in January (which I know is an odd time) but luckily that didn't work out. Now that I will be on the path to being an "educated" individual I need to play the part, yeah?

Let's start off with a nice new laptop!! While I'm frantically looking for a better one yet something in my price range, I realized that there's SOOOOOOOOOOOO many to choose from. Which one is the best? (under a $600 price range) Where to start? While I'll leave that up to my wonderful compter-wiz (Anthony) I'll worry about another important part......glasses!!

Yes!! Glasses are a must to play the student role. (and really I should be wearing them although I don't being that I found an excuse not to wear them---not studying/reading/going to school...etc) I feel that if I want to attract nice nerdy friends (*ahem* like myself) I need a way to get their attention. Also, I need the teachers to know that I'm a serious student and not some prissy,bubble gum chewing, make-up wearing, fashion diva, sterotypical girl. ^-^(which i am....alot of the time)...*I have many identities,don't we all??*

Unlike Americans, Koreans love to wear glasses and see it as a social status. Younger students prefer to wear them so that way they look like the smartest kid in their class/most dedicated to studying/always getting the highest grades.

Now should I go for the Mr.Magoo look?

OR the cute asian girl next door with those glasses that have no lenses in them. hahaha

Why does the model all of a sudden look kinda non-asian? Maybe too much eyelid surgery??

Anyway, in a couple of months we'll see where my good taste directs me. The question is how much am I going to have to shell out for all this?? Good designer glasses are atleast $200 a pair...In the mean time I will continue to surf ebay until my eyeballs burn!!!
