Cooking with Michelle 101- Spaghetti meatballs, anyone?














Ingredients-
1 lb ground beef (I use 90% lean)
1 large egg
breadcrumbs (or 1 bread slice broken up into tiny chunks)
half an onion finely chopped
seasoning of your choice - I used garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, sea salt, celery salt


*Beat the egg mixed in with pepper and salt
*Add the ground beef and mix in with bread, seasoning, and onions
*Get a spoonful of the mixture and start molding into a small ball
*Place on a foil lined sheet and place in oven at 450 degrees for 20-25 minutes
*Once cooked add to your spaghetti dish
*Enjoy!
