Oh La Lace

Wearing pantyhose was never really preferred in my book. Once I started working in a more professional environment I had to abide by the work dress codes. Fall and winter wear call for nylon stockings/hosiery if any part of the leg is showing. The pantyhose style seems to never work out for me and always grudges me just thinking about squeezing into them. It's such an inconvenience pulling them up and down (from using the restroom), making sure the crotch area is in the right spot, keeping the stomach control top from squeezing your muffin top to tightly....blah blah blah. Plus no matter how "Medium" or "Large" size I get, the hose always looks like an "Extra Extra Small." The width is as wide as my hand..... *geez*

Good thing I came across these thigh-high stockings with the lace top. These have been a blessing in disguise and work well throughout my 8 hour work shift. The rubber lining helps keep the leggings from sliding down and keeps them securely in place.

At one point I was washing the stockings by hand and getting tired of this routine. ( I just feel like my clothes aren't as clean as they would be from an actual washer.) Luckily I came across this little bra bag at a dollar store. Not only do I use this for bras and delicate clothing, but this comes in handy for stockings and leggings as well.

If you're looking for some nice and comfortable thigh-highs as well try the Victoria's Secret Lace Top ($16) or you can get a cheaper alternative at WalMart with their George Brand Thigh Highs. ($5)
