Cooking with Michelle 101- Leftover Bean Sprout Fried Rice

Leftovers are great! I made this delicious fried rice today for lunch made with the left over bean sprout panchan I made the other day. Don't you hate it when you make something so good, but you didn't make enough of it?

1/3 spicy spam
1/2 yellow onion
1 tbsp butter
cooked rice-2 small bowl sizes
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp oyster/fish sauce
a dash of garlic and onion powder
1 tsp red chili powder
2 dashes of sea salt
leftover bean sprouts

(I pretty much repeated the same ingredients from the bean sprout recipe. I didn't want to steer too far away from the bean sprout seasonings and off set the taste.)

Cook the onion in the butter on medium heat until golden brown. Add spam and and continue to cook until browned.

Once browned, add the rice and rest of the ingredients. Stir well and serve once all the ingredients are nicely blended in together.

I didn't want to get full off just carbs and mystery meat, so I added some eggs to the meal. I used salt, pepper, and a drip of sesame oil to the mixture.

And the finishing product- TADA!!!!!!!
